She joined NVIDIA after nearly two decades at Microsoft, where she pioneered reliable quantum computing through the co-design of hardware, software, and error correction.
Christian Weedbrook, meanwhile, is a champion of photonic quantum computing, as CEO of Xanadu.
The company also develops Pennylane, an open-source framework for programming quantum machines. A physicist and entrepreneur, Weedbrook has been at the forefront of bringing quantum technology to the world for more than 20 years through his research and leadership in academia, government, and industry.
Lisa Lambert – CEO of Quantum Industry Canada, the national consortium representing Canada’s quantum sector – works across industry, government, research, capital, and defence communities to advance a globally competitive and connected quantum ecosystem. Her work focuses on connecting researchers, startups, established companies, investors, and governments to accelerate commercialization. She is also co-author of “The Future Is Trust,” an international bestseller examining leadership and trust in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
As quantum technologies move closer to practical deployment, conversations about workforce development, supply chains, investment, and public policy have become inseparable from discussions about qubits and algorithms.
